Obsessed started in Cape Town in 2019 and now works out of London and Cape Town. We make films for brands: campaign work, brand films and social at volume. We also build the software our own productions kept needing.
Years of shooting across music festivals, fashion campaigns, food and hospitality brands and live events built something that could not be taught in a classroom: the ability to operate at scale, under pressure, in any environment.
From Ultra Music Festival to Reebok, Radisson to Arab Fashion Week, the brief has always been different. The standard has never been.
Somewhere in that run we stopped waiting for tools that fit the way we work and started writing them. Guardian catalogues our drives. Arc runs the studio. Both came out of a problem on a real production, which is why they are also sold to the studios we compete with.
We treat every project with the same effort, whatever its size. Not because we have to.
